    The FRN Project comprises nine tenements covering a total of area of 1,957 km2, located in the Fraser Range region of Western Australia. The tenements extend for approximately 180km from Zanthus in the north to Fraser Range Station in the south. The tenements are located in the Albany %u2013 Fraser Orogen consisting of a number of paleo-Proterozoic high grade and structural domains that parallel the NE trending margin of the Yilgarn Craton.

    Matsa Resources has earned a 90% interest in the Fraser Range North Project. The project area is 353km2 and is prospective for gold and base metals and is 20km NW of Sirius Resources NL's Nova Nickel-Copper discovery in the Albany Fraser Province. The tenements are in a similar geological setting asTropicanna and Beachcomber deposits of Anglo Gold Ashanti/Independence Group.
