OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 11, 2016) - Everton Resources Inc. ("Everton" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EVR) and Hecla Mining, through its 100% subsidiary Hecla Quebec, have agreed to transfer the Wildcat 1 and 2 properties to Everton.

General 2015-05-10The project is comprised of five sectors based on different ownership agreements. The Hosco sector currently represents the core of the mineral resources located on the property. The other sectors include Heva, Alexandria, Henriksen, and Aurizon. The project comprises 156 claims covering 4,294 hectares in 3 separate blocks. Aurizon owns a 100% interest, subject to certain underlying royalties, in all of the sectors comprising the Joanna Project. A $3.7 million surface exploration program is in progress and comprises 26,000 meters of drilling utilizing two to three drill rigs. The objective of the 2011 drill campaign is to perform step-out drilling on 50 metre spacing along the 2.5 kilometre strike length of the Heva deposit and potential satellite zones, down to 150 metres, in order to extend the mineral resources contour and to increase the quality of the existing indicated and inferred mineral resources.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 17, 2015) - Thundermin Resources Inc. ("Thundermin") (TSX VENTURE:THR) announces that the agreement with QMX Gold Corporation ("QMX") with respect to the Pelletier Lake Gold Property located near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec ("Pelletier Lake") has been terminated and Thundermin's 100% ownership of Pelletier Lake has been re-instated.
On September 1, 2005, Thundermin granted QMX an option to acquire a 100% interest in Pelletier Lake subject to, among other things, Thundermin's right to receive a 2.5% NSR once the property was put into commercial production (the "QMX Option"). The QMX Option was the subject of an arbitration process which in May 2014 determined that QMX's right to earn a 100% interest in Pelletier Lake was subject to QMX achieving commercial production at Pelletier Lake by February 28, 2018 and making certain annual advanced royalty payments to Thundermin by August 31st in each year until commercial production was achieved. QMX did not comply with the terms and conditions established by the arbitrator and as such on August 31, 2015 all of QMX's rights with respect to Pelletier Lake were terminated.
